Account creation and access
Zoho Catalyst User Management supports sign-up, login and password reset. The React applications provide the customer-facing experience while CRM holds the business records.
Production case study · client anonymised
Three web applications. A shared React frontend. Subscriptions, appointments, documents and support connected through Catalyst, with CRM as the system of record.
The brief
The business provides a tool for homeowners. Customers need to create an account, access services through a subscription, arrange appointments, work with documents and get support. We designed and built the platform connecting those steps.
Zoho CRM holds the business data instead of a separate traditional application database. Around 25 serverless Catalyst functions in Java, Node.js and Python provide the application logic and connections.
The client’s name and identifying details are withheld for confidentiality. This case describes the delivered implementation.
What we implemented
Zoho Catalyst User Management supports sign-up, login and password reset. The React applications provide the customer-facing experience while CRM holds the business records.
Zoho Billing handles hosted checkout, free trials and subscription plans. The application connects subscription status with access to paid features.
Zoho Bookings is connected to the appointment journey. Support requests raised from the public site become tickets in Zoho Desk, joining the customer experience to the operational tools.
CRM webhooks trigger Catalyst functions. Those functions connect application events with e-signatures, third-party data and mapping services, alongside the Zoho products.
Your project might be one connection, one workflow or a complete application. The relevant experience is knowing how the frontend, serverless functions and Zoho products fit together, and where each piece of business logic should live.
