Decide which system owns the data
We map the records, fields and business events before building the connection. A customer, a contact and a subscription may represent different things in different apps.
Zoho API integrations
Connect Zoho CRM, Billing and the tools around them. Replace a manual hand-off with a defined, tested data flow built around what your business needs to happen.
No specification needed to start. Tell us the outcome you want.
Start with the workflow
A subscription changes. A customer books. A document is signed. Your other systems need to know. We build API integrations and webhook-driven workflows so these events can move the process forward.
The details that make a connection usable
These are the decisions we work through with you before and during implementation. They become part of the agreed scope, tests and documentation.
We map the records, fields and business events before building the connection. A customer, a contact and a subscription may represent different things in different apps.
A webhook can trigger a change as an event happens; a scheduled sync may be a better fit elsewhere. We choose based on the APIs, the volume and how quickly the business needs the update.
Expired credentials, rate limits, duplicate events and unavailable services are part of integration work. We agree how the connection should handle them, and how you can tell when something needs attention.
A successful API response is only one check. We test the agreed journey through the connected systems and document the field mappings, credentials setup and operational steps for handover.
Built by DDH Systems · in production
For a business serving homeowners, we built three web applications on a shared React frontend, with Zoho CRM at the centre. Subscriptions, bookings, documents and support are connected through Catalyst.

Our background spans .NET, Rails, React, databases, Azure and AWS. That matters when your Zoho project needs to work with the rest of your business, too.
Direct access to a senior engineer. English or French. Remote collaboration.
Share the apps involved and what you want to happen. We clarify the problem, check feasibility and tell you if we’re the right fit.
You get the proposed work, deliverables and price in writing. If the scope changes, we agree the change before doing more work.
We implement the agreed solution, test the real workflow and document the handover. You keep the code and documentation. Monthly on-call retainers are available if you need ongoing help.
Before you get in touch
Send the app names, the data that needs to move and any API documentation you have. We check the available APIs, permissions and product plans before confirming feasibility. Not every app or plan exposes the access a project needs.
That depends on the workflow. We check whether existing configuration or a standard connector can meet the requirement first. Where custom code is needed, Deluge or Catalyst can provide the missing behaviour.
The day rate is the basis for estimating custom development. Once the scope is clear, we quote the agreed work in writing. Billing setup, health checks and deliverability work have their own published packages. Zoho subscriptions and third-party fees are separate.
Yes. We can take on a specific development or integration alongside your current team. We agree who owns each part and document what we change so the work can be maintained afterwards.
